These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement ("Terms") govern use of the internal financial-operations application (the "Application") provided by Grime Guardians, operated by RobGen LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Application, the authorized user ("you") agrees to these Terms.
1. The Application
The Application is an internal, AI-assisted financial tool used by Grime Guardians to draft estimates and invoices and to review the business's own financial data, including through an integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online. It is intended for use by the business owner and authorized personnel only. It is not offered to the general public.
2. License
We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for Grime Guardians' internal business operations, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Application only for lawful, authorized business purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Application.
- Keep connection credentials confidential and used only as intended.
4. Human review of AI output
The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts and summaries. All AI-generated output — including every estimate, invoice, or financial figure — is provided for human review and requires explicit approval before it is sent to a customer or relied upon. The Application does not automatically send customer communications or post entries to the accounting ledger without human approval.
5. QuickBooks / Intuit
Use of the QuickBooks integration is additionally subject to Intuit's Terms of Service and applicable Intuit developer terms. You are responsible for maintaining your QuickBooks account and may disconnect the integration at any time. Grime Guardians and RobGen LLC are independent of Intuit; Intuit does not endorse and is not responsible for the Application.
6. No financial, tax, or legal advice
The Application supports bookkeeping and invoicing workflows but does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Binding financial, tax, and accounting decisions should be reviewed with a qualified professional. Formal accounting and financial statements remain the responsibility of the business and its accountants.
7. Disclaimers
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RobGen LLC and Grime Guardians will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from use of the Application.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
