- Kitchen surfaces degreased and detailed (counters, backsplash, cabinet faces).
- Microwave interior wiped, when in scope.
Bathrooms
- Bathrooms scrubbed and disinfected (toilet, shower/tub, sinks, fixtures).
- Tile & grout attention in bathrooms (and kitchen when included).
- Shower glass detailed (hard-water spots: best effort, unless restoration is agreed separately).
Whole-Home Surfaces
- Baseboards and trim wiped and detailed, as scope requires.
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans dusted and wiped, where reachable/safe.
